It's so soft, and so well fitting so it's great for every day wear! I wear a M for comfy every day wear but a size S for running/ jumping/ flipping/ crazy gym work out. I am 165cm (5'5') and weigh 120lb (53kg) for reference. I honestly can't say anything bad about this bra- buy it and thank me later!
